We are pleased about your interest in our company. The protection of your personal data is an important concern for us. In the following, we inform you about which personal data we collect, process and use in the context of your application.

1. Responsible Entity

The responsible entity within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Trakora UG (limited liability). The complete contact details can be found in our legal notice.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

As part of the application process, we collect and process the following personal data from you:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Resume/CV and cover letter
  • Certificates and references
  • Profile links (e.g. LinkedIn, Portfolio)
  • Additional information you provide in the application form (e.g., salary expectations, availability)

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The processing of your applicant data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 para. 1 BDSG for the establishment of an employment relationship. The processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing your application.

4. Purpose of Use

Your data will be used exclusively for processing your application and for making decisions about establishing an employment relationship. The data will only be made accessible to persons responsible for the application within our company.

5. Storage Duration

After completion of the application process, your data will be stored for a maximum of 6 months to be able to answer possible follow-up questions about the application process and to comply with our obligations under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). After that, your data will be completely deleted unless you have consented to being included in our applicant pool.

6. Inclusion in the Applicant Pool (Talent Pool)

With your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), you can allow us to include your application documents in our applicant pool. In this case, we will store your data for a period of up to 2 years in order to contact you for future suitable job offers.

Consent to inclusion in the applicant pool is voluntary and has no influence on the processing of your current application. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us an email to info@trakora.de. After the 2-year period expires or after your revocation, your data will be deleted immediately.

7. Data Sharing

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for the implementation of the application process (e.g., to external service providers for technical processing) or we are legally obliged to do so. In any case, your data will be treated confidentially.

8. Your Rights

  • Information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

To exercise your rights, please contact info@trakora.de or the address specified in the legal notice.

9. Revocation of Your Consent

Insofar as the processing is based on your consent (e.g., inclusion in the applicant pool), you have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
